Cristian Villegas, Head Chef

My name is Cristian Villegas. I am a 29 years old Peruvian chef. I have been studying  in Le Cordon Blue London and have been working in different kind of cuisines from  French, Nordic, Italian and Spanish, however, it was in Lima London together with  the world famous chef, Virgilio Martinez, where I really found what I were looking  for. Mixing the Peruvian ingredients with the modern culinary French techniques. At  Fun Kitchen, I will bring the Nikkei cuisine to Oslo. Nikkei is a Japanese-Peruvian  fusion, rich in flavours and techniques, with love and respect for the product.

My name is Stephanie Robles, and I am from Peru. I grew up tasting wine and  coffee since I was 6 years old. Fell in love with markets where fresh  meat/veggies/fish/spices smells, woke up all my senses and made my brain playful.  Sommelier from IDVIP Lima School since 2012, took it more as a hobby than a career,  and that helps me to see everything in a different way and enjoy what I do.  Previously worked in high quality restaurants as Lima27 (Perú) and Bon Lío (Oslo). I  did also work with some of the best chefs in the world. I am a foodie person and on my free time I just lock myself in my kitchen laboratory to see what happens next.

Chris Kellet, Bar Manager

My name is Chris Kellett, I'm from Milton Keynes England (near London) I’ve been in  the bar industry for 16 years. I have worked at some top bars in London such as The  Roadhouse and Mahiki, I have also been a bartender instructor for Barskolan and  EBS in London, Mallorca, and Miami. I got into this industry due to the cocktail  flairing and I have competed all over Europe and won a few competitions on the  way. Now it’s time to start this new adventure at Fun Kitchen.
